Reunion Story: Day 2

This is going to be a long entry. My Day 2 reunion story:

We finished the karaoke night session at around 12.45 pm. Off we went to our room. We booked 2 houses earlier for us girls but since some of us had to cancel at last minute so we decided to only use one house.

There were 2 queen beds in the house; meant to host for 4 people but we girls don't wanna split into two houses so we just stay in one house all 6 of us. We figured, we haven't met for so long so we can really use some quality time together before bed. We are romantic like that :)

Actually the house is too scary to split our group to two. Choy!

We had our game night and some pillow talk, it was super noisy! You guys can read it here. How noisy? Our friend Ieka, she is married with a kid, staying with his husband in the house next to us, she wanted to get us a Ridsect the next morning; she thought we screamed because there was a cockroach in the house.

Ok dramatic.

Anyway, before we know it, it was already 3 am in the morning. So we stopped the game and kissed good night to each other.

Min       : Good night guys. We have to wake up at 7 for breakfast at 8 tomorrow.
Me        : Wake me up, Min!
Wan      : Wake me up too, Min!
Syira     : Me too!
Fathin  : Me too!
Lya       : Me three!

Min        -______-

Haha. We love you Min.

8.15am the next morning

I can't remember exactly but our morning pretty much went like this..

Me:    Why didn't you wake me up earlier?!
Lya:   Arghhh this mirror is too small!
Fathin: Syiraaaaa!! What are you doing so long in the shower?!
Syira:  Can you wait ?!!
Me:     Lyaaa!! I need your towel !!
Wan:   Where is MY towel?!!!

Phone ringing. The boys called asking why are we still not there for breakfast.

Lya picked up the phone. "Yes yes we are coming." Lya put down the phone.

Lya:      The boys already called!!!!
Me:       I haven't taken shower!!
Fathin: Syira still in the toilet!!
Wan:     Its already 9am, guys
Min:      I don't bring any tracksuit. How?
Me:       I need to pee!!
HAHAHA.

It was crazy. There was only one toilet in the house. In the end, some of us didn't take shower. Hahaha.

WHAT?! NO IT WASN'T ME.

So we brushed our teeth, washed our face changed our clothes and ready for breakfast! Plus, its pointless taking shower when we are gonna be drown in sweats play some volleyball by the beach. We still need to take shower after that.

Okay now I can say it. Yes it was me, I didn't take shower. And Fathin. And Wan. Hehe peace.

We had Nasi Lemak for breakfast. It was good we kinda enjoyed it.

Burrp. Haa there.

After some of us had come back from toilet, hahaha damn you Nasi Lemak, we head straight to the beach.

We were kids all over again building a sandcastle by the beach.

Okay not really. We played Dodgeball, in Malays we call it Bola Beracun. We Malays are very creative with names.

Because the guys are already started playing on their own before we came, so we started on our own too. We girls split to two groups consist of 3 people. It was so much fun! And tiring.

Okay super tiring.

And thirsty. We geniuses didn't think to bring water. Thank God, Wan remembered to bring but it was just a small bottle; we had to share. It finished in no time.

There was a bunch of school's student camping by the beach and from far, we can see their Orange Juice in the big container smiling and winking at us.

Sigh.

The boys saw us sitting by the beach, catching our breath. Poor these girls, they think. Haha. So they invited us to play together.

SURE! WHY NOT?

Heh! Berlagak.

-_____-

So yeah, we play dodge ball again only this time the groups consist of boys and girls. One group make a circle, another group will be inside the circle. The outside group hold the ball and they have to hit the inside group with the ball. Anyone get hit by the ball will be out of the game. Get it? Okay.

We flipped coins and so my team will be the one outside. We get to kick some butts! What's not to love?

Run people, run! Run for your life! Muahahaha!

Yeahh! We finished them in few mins! Muahahaha!

Then they say, "Change positions!"

My friend looked at me with evil eyes and laughter "MUAHAHAHA! You are not getting away of this"

Crap.

You should have seen me. I run non stop like a chicken trying to hide behind my friends. I won! I was the last man standing! Yeayy!

Okay I lied. I was the 2nd thrown out of the team. What? At least I wasn't the first.

Evil you! Huh!

Well, serve me. Hahaha!

Anyway, it was so much fun! We laughed so hard that our eyes teared. Then we got tired running here and there. There was still time, so we decided to play something doesn't require us to run. Or even walk. Haha.

We play Charades. You guys know Charades. Or some of you call it Regu.

We stick to the same group we were in, then we started playing. Each of us take turns do it and the group has to guess what it is.

It started easy. Then it gets difficult since both group can easily answer.

Then comes my turn. I keep pushing everyone to go first, so I was like the 2nd last or the last person I can't remember. But the sentence they gave me.....man, was it difficult!!

BAGAI MELUKUT DI TEPI GANTANG

How do you suggest me to do that?!

I don't even know what melukut means?! Sounds like melutut to me!

So you can imagine how silly I looked trying to hint my group what the sentence is. And of course, they didn't get a word of what I was trying to deliver.

-_____-

Thanks, guys. I still hate you for giving me that sentence.

We took some pictures before we all head back to our house to get ready to check out.

Do you see the last picture? Of the girls jumping. This is like the 100th take. Hahaha! It was so hard to get everyone to jump on the same time or same pace. Check it out!

We were just blur when the camera man says "jump!". Then we tell the camera man to count to 3.

It's either the camera was too fast or we jump too slow. Look at Lya! and Wan! HAHAHA!

Same thing happened. Then we tell the camera man to snap at the count 3.

Almost perfect except that I jumped too high but Min was just about to jump! HAHAHAHA!

We all head back to the house. This time, I took the keys for the other empty house so that all 6 of us don't have to wait for one toilet.

You know where is this going now.

It's time for good byes :'(

They are going for lunch first before everyone goes their own way but I had to leave right away; couldn't join for lunch. So I was the first to say goodbye to everyone.

Sad.

It's not that we don't see each other anymore, we do but it's not easy to gather everyone at the same time, so it was kinda sad to wave goodbyes.

I don't know about you guys, but I went back with mixed feelings.

It was fun reminiscing the past, how we used to do every single thing together, we grew up together, explored the good and the bad together

and at the same time, it is sad that those good times are in the past and how I wish I could go back to that time where I don't have to worry about money and career, where we could go crazy all day long and people don't make it a big deal because we were just a kid, where my biggest problem was when my friends didn't tell me they were not coming to school that day.

But that's not how life works. We definitely can't go back to the past but that doesn't mean that we can't create a new future. I have a good feeling that no matter how far our job takes us apart, when we do meet up, we are still the same person we were to each other.

I love you till the end :')
