A week ago, my mom bought a flight ticket to Indonesia on the first day of fasting month. She wants to spend 2 weeks of Ramadhan with my grandparents, aunties and uncles over there.
Two days before she has to go, she was asking what do we all want to eat for the first day of buka puasa. My mom's flight was on Sunday 1pm, which means we got to sahur together the night before but my mom would be leaving the next day at noon before the buka puasa.
In the morning before we leave to the airport, my mom was in her room doing a little bit more of packing when my sister came to my mom and lie next to a bunch of clothes on her bed.
" Do you have to go during puasa time? " my younger sister was asking my mom. Cehh, so mengada. It's not like she's not used to my mom going back hometown every once in a while.
" I only go for 2 weeks. Why? Your sister will be around. "
" I know. But it's Ramadhan. What are we gonna eat for sahur and buka puasa? We have nobody to cook."
" Kakngah kan ada. I've talked to her she said she'll cook. " My mom was pointing at me.
" Yeah, I will cook, don't worry." I added.
She looked at me for good few secs, turn to my mom, " We have NOBODY to cook!! "
So. Rude.
We all sent my mom off to KLIA2 for her flight. By the way, I loveeeee KLIA2 it is huge! I am so happy they moved to KLIA2 because oh gosh I hated LCCT. It's packed all the time! LCCT seriously can't no longer accommodate these amount of people going in and out everyday that you can always see people sitting on the floor by the walkway. Not so pleasant there.
After a long goodbye hugs and kisses, off my mom went into the immigration inside to check in. We stand there waving my mom goodbye from far till we could no longer see her. On the way back, my sisters all were falling asleep in the car leaving me driving alone.
" Hey, don't sleep now! Who's gonna teman me driving back? "
" We are very tired. "
" Oh I am not? I'm the one who drives! "
" Fasting ... tired ... sorry .... nite nite ... " .... and there they go snoring in the car. Pfftt it's only the first day of fasting month.
When we reach home, they were still sleeping at the back seat.
" Okay we're home. Wake up. "
They all get out of the car with one eye closed and another slightly open just enough for them to find the house door in and climb up the stairs to their room looking like zombie... and krohhh krohhh! *continue snoring in the room - as I am writing this post
Bahahaha so kesian!
Now how's yours like so far?
