Dom the teddybear

The past few weeks have been busy. I have been on and off from work taking care of my mum. She is feeling a lil bit better now, which is great, Thank God, but I still need  to go here and there to get her medicine or to take her for her treatment. I am not complaining or anything like that, in fact I'm grateful that I work not so far away where I can drop everything I was doing and be at home when she needs me. I'm in engineering line, I can't be choosy to where I work or the frequency of my travelling. Just imagine if I was working offshore and the thought of not being able to be there for her when she needs me the most, would kill me. Therefore, I am very thankful.

Speaking of that, I haven't seen Nash properly for the past weeks. He understands that my mum is not feeling well. Nash is also very busy with work lately. He goes for business trip a lot and sometimes the trip got dragged till the weekends.

With all that going on, he made time to come and visit my mum the first chance he got, which is a gesture that I really really appreciate. We just talked on the phone and tell each other what has been going on lately, I update him with my mum's conditions, my workload sitting up on my desk, the unnecessary most annoying stress I have been facing at work, the issue I face at work that I still don't have a solution yet which made me so mad at myself every time, the colleague that...okay I shall stop before I get mad again. Nash will also tell me about his business trips, places he's never been before, how the trip sucks, how he goes round and round and end up at the same spot..... Ummm, what else .... how he missed me and wished I was there with him ( okay now that sounds better in my head )

So last Saturday, Nash took me out for couple of hours to get the lasagna I have been craving. He was also needed to go to a computer shop to get his PC fixed. We grabbed dinner afterwards and then we head home.

I didn't go back alone, because that night I went back with...

A huge teddy-bear Nash got for me! It still has the Lovely Lace smell!  He felt bad he has been busy, which I didn't mind because I understand his work, but he got me this anyway to keep me accompanied. That he is still will be there for me and will make more time.........you know what, I'll spare you guys the juicy before any of you puke. Hehe. Bottom line, the teddy is super fluffy and warm and cuddly and I LOVE IT !!

I also get the Lovely Lace fragrance! I get to keep the smell on my huge teddy and my room now smells like Lovely Lace :)

Thank you so so muchhhh Nash! I call the teddy Dom now. I named him after you.

You know, Dom? Dominic Toretto. The guy from Fast and Furious. Why, just because Nash once shaved his head bald.

See. They look alike. Oh well, their heads look alike. Hehe
