Do you watch football?

I had dinner with my department members the other day. We were chit-chatting about everything but something really caught me was conversation that I had with my boss ..

Boss: So Azrah, do you watch football?

Me: No, I don't. Not really.

Boss: Why not?

Me: Ummmm ..  I don't even know how to respond to that .. I don't know. I don't even watch TV as much.

Boss: You gotta start watching football.

Azrah: Why should I?

Boss: Why shouldn't you? So you have something to talk about with your boyfriend.

I met Nash over the weekend. So I told him what my boss said to me.

Me: My boss told me that I should start watching football.

Nash: Why??

Me: So that I have something to talk to you about. Do you want me to start watching? Or well, start learning how to watch?

Nash: Hahaha no need. We have plenty of other things to talk about. *very sweet of him

Me: Awwww .. Thanks! I knew I don't have to!

Nash: Plus, if you do, I'm gonna get stuck watching football with you.
