Yes, I'm not asleep yet. My mom made me bake 2 batches of banana cake at this time. I was gonna use the it's-too-late-already-i'm-so-tired card with my mom but before I could, she already use her no-excuses-i-have-been-cooking-the-whole-day card while shoving me with a chicken and beef rendang still hot on the stove.
"My favorite!"
"I know. Banana cake first."

"I bought this Pandan cake for you. You can serve that tomorrow."

The love I have for beef rendang, sigh.
My mom? Oh of course I love my mom too, why else am I baking banana cake at 1am in the morning. Hehehehe
