Right after I reached home from sending my mom off to airport, I head straight to my room. I was super sleepy driving back home! My sisters? Oh dont worry they were fast asleep in the car.
I fell asleep at about 230pm and I only woke up at 530pm. I slept for 3 freaking hours oh my gosh! I couldn't believe I slept that long. I can't remember the last time I slept during the daylight. It's been forever.
When I woke up, I felt so unfit! For the past few weekends I have been wanting to wake up early in the morning for a jog and honestly I haven't done a very good job at it. I did wake up few times but I was still sleepy and I wanted to go back to sleep. It was rainy season so I really had the reason.
"Ahh its raining how do I go jogging now. I guess I have to go back to sleep"
The next weekend .. "Raining again? Oh no. Go back to sleep."
Until ... it became plain excuse to ... you know .... make myself not feel guilty.
The next weekend .. "It's raining. Krohh krohhhh.." I didn't even check outside. Hehe.
So today, I finally make time! You wouldn't believe how much unhealthy food I have been eating. Fried chicken, beef rendang, mutton, fried this fried that. It's even worse that I don't eat vege. At all.
So, here we go.
Mission accomplished!
I called Nash right after and told him that I finally went for exercise.
" I am sweating like mad. I have burned up all the calories I consumed. I feel fit already!"
"Yay congrats. So you're not gonna eat your favorite beef rendang anymore later?"
"Why not??"
"Because you have to go for another session of exercise after that?"
"Oh no it's alright. I have exercised for the next few days already."
Laugh all you want. I know I did. Now let me eat this delicious beef rendang in peace. Bismillah..
