sister day out

" In the cookies of life, sisters are the chocolate chips "

" Stick to the basics, hold on to your family - they will never go out of fashion "

" Having a sister is like having a best friend you can't get rid of. You know whatever you do, they'll still be there "

" When mom and dad don't understand, a sister always will "

" Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind "

" Other things may change us, but we start and end with family "

Venue - Taman Botani, Putrajaya.

Public holidays mean more quality time with family. In this case, my sisters.

Sometimes, we are too occupied with our daily routine or too busy keeping up with this fast-pace world till we forgot that our closest ones are getting further away. Exchanging Hi and Bye is NOT a conversation. I grew up with my elder brother and 4 sisters. They aren't all the time pretty, trust me. Just like everybody else, there were a few ugly moments that involve us pulling each other's hair while screaming out for my mom. Knowing the 5 daughters she has, she would just go " Mehhh, not a news. Do you need clothes hanger or something? You know, to fight your sister ". Later in life, we decided to make peace with each other so we don't add anymore wrinkles to my mom's forehead. Sorry, Umi.

What are siblings even mean if there was no quarrels between you? Sometimes, that's what brings us even more closer. I am no one to be giving advice or anything but one thing I know for sure - Keep yourself close to your family. You will do fine in life.
