What a small world we live in?

In the office the other day, we have a new girl joining our department and turned out she was a friend from high school. We went to the same boarding school. On her very first day, my boss brought her to every desk to intro us to her and what each one of us does in the department. I didn't realize it was Nad until she was introduced to me. So as you're imagining it now, there was a little casual-surprise-drama between us, of course.

When my boss brought her to my desk "Nadhirah, this is Azrah. She works as ... " I turn to her and ..

"Nad? Is that you?"

"Azrah! Omg!"

"Aaah! Aaaah! Aaaaaaaaaahhh!"

Okay no, we don't sound as bimbotic as you make it sounds in your head.

My boss was blur looking at us, so I told him that Nad was an old friend. "Oh I see.", my boss said. "That's good. She already has a friend. Just don't influence her with your bad shopping habits" , my boss said to me, smiled and left.

I'm starting to think that my boss really did check the cctv. Hmm ... hmmm ... hmmm ... nahh nevermind, it's my break time after all. It's fine!

BTW, I don't have a bad shopping habits. I'm a girl.
